New Skills and Choices Parenting Program
The New Skills and Choices Parenting Program offers classes
and counseling for parents and their children who are in the
Family Court system. The program classes and counseling
- promote education and new skills to
reduce conflict.
- improve communication choices.
- provide support for healthier families.
Kids Connection
A six week program for children (ages 3 years and up)
and for both of their parents that meets weekly from 6:30
p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Children are in their own age-appropriate
group and the parents meet in two separate groups.
Parents in Conflict
This class is held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the
same evening each week for eight weeks. Both parents must
enroll to attend these classes.
Parenting Without Violence
A 12 week, skill-building intervention program for families
with restraining orders and/or domestic violence issues.
Co-Parenting and Parallel Parenting Counseling
These programs help parents manage chronic, recurring disputes
such as visitation conflicts and seek to help parents adhere
to court orders in separating and divorcing families.
